Hi Community,
Recently we are observed that when issue passed its due date it was highlighted in Jira sandbox env. but it comes to Jira prod it there is nothing shown when issue passed due date please check the screen shots.
Hello @Vishnu Vardhan Chenna
What is the project Type for each of these projects? To get that information go to the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find each project in the list. What does it say in the Type column.
On my own system I notice that the Due date highlights in Software projects (Company Managed and Team Managed) and Business projects (Company Managed and Team Managed), but not in Service Management projects.
Project type is Company managed project(Jira software).

Do you have other company Managed software projects in the same instance that you can check, to see if it affects all projects or just that one?

I don't believe this is a configurable option.
Have you confirmed this is the same for all software projects on the instance?
The tags on your post indicate you are on an Enterprise plan. Is that correct?
Do you have Release Tracks enabled for your environment to control the distribution of updates to your environment?

This is indicating same for all projects in Jira Sandbox but not indicating in Jira production.
Yes, we have enterprise plan.
We didn't have enabled Release tracks.
Any workaround for this?
