Users are selecting the due date on the same day when raising the request.
In Real-time, it is not possible to complete the request on same day.
So the system must restrict the user to selecting the date as today or tomorrow.
If the user is raising request today 23rd Oct, earliest date they can choose is 25th Oct.

Is your project a team-managed or Company-managed project?
Modify your Screen scheme, remove the Due date from the Create and Edit screen, and only show this in the View screen (the field will be read-only).
Create an Automation to update the Due date and add 2 days after the creation of the ticket.
