Earlier I used to get Email Notifications for any mentions in a task, but now I'm not getting email

Hello all,

Earlier in Jira Software, I used to get all email notifications for any mentions in a task. But now, I'm unable to get email notifications. I've checked a lot not sure if there are any options that would allow me to customize/enable email notifications.

Someone knows a solution to this problem?

Finally I was able to get this resolved, my email was in their bounced list, and I reached out to Jira Support, and they were able to get the email out of their bounced list.

Hi @Ravi Chandra V you can check your profile to make sure that send email is not turned off in there.

Still I'm not getting any email notifications.
