I have a table based visualization that is providing data with regard to open items, closed items, and new items on a weekly basis. Suddenly around the end of September it can't differentiate or find open or new issues (see attached picture below), even though I can find them in JIRA. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions? There were some workflow changes around that time, but I'm not seeing how those changes would have created this problem.
Hi Keith,
Please reach out to support@eazybi.com and provide your report definition (exported in a text file) as well the date when was the last successful data import from Jira into your eazyBI account.
Here you could see how to export the definition:

I see you closed issues have also stopped increasing.
Check that this report's page filters are correct. Maybe a project-name/issue-type/custom-field have changed names or values and they filtering mechanism now no longer finds the issues you used to have (only historical data).

This isn't a JIRA report, it is data straight from EazyBI, which is in theory pulling out of the full Source Data import from JIRA. Nothing has changed with regard to the import from JIRA...the source data definition is the same that is has been for months, so I'm not clear on why this isn't working.

Hi Keith, again I think it might be an issue with your Jira data: Maybe a project-name/issue-type/custom-field have changed names or values.
Since eazyBI is pulling the data from Jira it could be "confused" if names or values were changed in Jira.
You can upload a full screenshot of your report, including the pages section. That might help to find the root cause.
