Greetings - is anyone out there using the Email Campaign template? I'm trying to understand the hierarchy to manage multi email campaigns in this template. So far I have only been able to set up following:
Asset/Task > Subtask
seems like I'm missing a level, I'd ideally like to be able to organise around these lines:
Epic > Task > Subtask
Is this possible?

Hi Lisa - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
There's nothing really magical about the setup- if you is not what you like you can easily change it for the project you create.
Just go to the Project Settings > Summary
Click on the Issue Type Scheme name
When you get to the scheme, click the Actions menu on the right and choose Edit issue types
Then you can drag over any issue type (like Epic) that you would like to add or take away.
Be sure to click the Save button at the bottom.

Thanks again - have requested admin access. So this will give me the ability to set three levels for my campaign plan ie:
Project = Renewal Campaign
>Task = Email Graphics
> Subtask 1 = Hero Image
> Subtask 2 = Special Offer Image
