Hi,
For last 10 days, i am not receiving any email if any ticket (which i am working) is updated or commented by others.
But before, i had received these emails correct.
Kindly let me know how this need to be fixed

I would suggest checking your the Personal Settings section under your profile (click on your avatar) to see what is checked there.
If that is all good, then check the notification scheme for at least one project that you should be receiving notifications for to make sure you are covered there.
If those are all good I would put in a support ticket with Atlassian.

Thanks for the reply. All the checkboxes under my Get email updates for issue activity when is checked. still i didn't email.
Also , i am not sure where to check the notification scheme. kindly help me on this

Sure - click on Project Settings on the bottom left hand side when you are on a board or card. Then click on Notifications when you get to the project settings.

Adding to John's statement,
Notification scheme can be viewed or edited by either project admin or Jira administrator (in most of the cases, however, depends on permission scheme) so if you are unable to view the notification scheme, it's worth checking with Jira admins in your organization.
