Hi Everyone,
The notifications does not seem to be working in one of my project. I just assigned the DONE Status ticket to myself, i did not receive any notifications. Not only me even clients also reported the issue on this Project. Attached screenshot for your reference.
Please suggest me this is quitely impacting the Client's Business.

Are other notifications send succesfully? It might be problem with email server. You can check the notifications are not stucked in queue (https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf73/the-mail-queue-991928736.html)

Can you please confirm me Once the ticket is moved to DONE status Users are trying to 'Assignee' Group Email addresses. User are not receiving "group email addresses" EMAIL notifications. Please note only 1 user in a group is receiving notification out of 5 people in DL list.
Please kindly suggest me this is highly impacting the business with the effect of notifications.

@Roja Gurram did you check Notification helper? You can check "Issue Assigned" event on "Done" issue and it will tell you if configuration is ok
