When an incoming email is received, a task is created and a message is sent to the author of the email. I can not find how to make it so that messages about creation and closing are sent not only to the author of the incoming letter, but also to everyone who is indicated in the fields from whom and a copy. Is that possible? If so, how?

It doesn't work... I put a copy of the e-mail - all the same, the answers do not go to the addresses that are in the copy, only to the main author.

You may need to modify the notification schema so those in cc are also included. 

I imagine the reporter gets the notifications but not the cc ones
