I no longer receive any emails from jira@[*].atlassian.net
No email when someone mentions me, I cannot be invited to join boards and the password recovery emails also do not arrive.
Due to an incorrectly configured alias on my side, a significant number of messages from jira@[*].atlassian.net with this accounts address as the receiver bounced during September and October.
The alias is now routed correctly again, but I can confirm by using the tracing features in outlook.office356 admin that messages for this account are no longer reaching my server.
I believe atlassian.net has added my email to a block list due to the number of bounces.
Email originating from atlassian.com is unaffected.
I found there was a suppression on your account. While I did not find the original bounce message, since you mentioned using office 365, I would suggest taking a look at this guide https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Unblocking-Office365-emails-for-Atlassian-Cloud/ba-p/1870108
It explains some steps you can take within that mail system to try to help prevent this problem again. I have cleared the suppression for your account and any other users that share your email domain just in case.
