Whenever a ticket is resolved in jira , when the user gives a rating 4 out 5. (For example if user gives rating 4 I am getting one rating in the mail notification. please find the screenshot.

A good start to solving this problem would be for you to share the automation you're probably (?) using to send the email. Be sure to also send the right-hand-side of the screen when focusing on key steps.
