Email templates: How can I set a dedignes HTML template?

Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find the option where I can edit the HTML for email templates.

My goal is to include a background colour, a header with the company's logo and a footer.

I would really appreciate if someone can guide me toward this.

Thank you, that's what I've been looking for. Does it only apply to each project or is there a way to set it globally?

Is there a way to get the same HTML emails across Jira Software as well?

That's per project only and you can't do the same with internal notifications that would be the ones used by Jira software
