Enabling estimation

May I ask how to enable estimation in Jira? 

I searched online and it tells me I can go to Project settings -> features. However, I can't find any "feature" button in the Project settings page.

Hello @Ky M 

What type of project are you using? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

And can you provide a link to the documentation you referenced?

It sounds like you might be referencing documentation for a Team Managed project, but you may be using a Company Managed project. 

For a Company Managed project Estimation is enabled in the configuration of the associated Kanban or Scrum board.

When I click to the configuration page of the Scrum board, this image is shown. Does it mean that the estimation has already been enabled? (I am not the Jira or Board Admin by the way)

I apologize for the delay in my response.

According to the image you provided the Estimation statistic used by that board is Story Points.

If you wanted estimation to use time instead the board administrator would need to navigate to that same screen and change the Estimation Statistic setting.
