Hi team,
How can I show epic link on jira service desk portal, and show it as something like- link to your opportunity (Opportunity is nothing but the epic being created by the customer sometime back).
If epic relationship don't work, is there some kind of linking I can try to force on portal view. This is actually required from a customer point of view to link his candidature (task) to the opportunity he created (epic).

The Epic Name is actually attached to the Epic and is not a field linked to other issues. Have you tried to show the Epic Link on the JSD Portal?

This appears to be by design. You can add the field as a hidden field to the portal and populate it with a value. But it's not one you can let users select. See this closed request:
