Epic wrongly showing story "in progress"

Danilo Zanatta August 15, 2023

I have a custom state "Ready for Implementation" that sits between Backlog and "In Progress". This state was assigned to "To Do" - same as Backlog.

However, when I transition a story from Backlog to Ready for Implementation", the parent Epic shows this story as "In Progress", whereas it should show it as "To Do".

Any ideas? Am I missing something?

The progress shown in the epic is based on the statusCategory, not on the actual status. So, is the category for the "Ready for Implementation" set to In progress? If you look at the color of the status (gray = to do, blue = in progress, green = done) what color is it?

It is gray = To Do, same as Backlog

Any ideas what the problem could be?
