Epics grayed out in Roadmap

Epics are all grayed out depending on the selected view. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted so that the epic is always visible and not grayed out? Thank'you

Hi, Pietro.

Greyed out items don't match the filters you configured, you still can see them because they have some children that match those filters. To check it, just remove all those filters and all the items will be in rich color.

Thus you have two options to avoid greyed out items:
1) remove filters

2) add to the epics the same values as for stories (it can be status, assignee, sprint or release, whatever you use to filtering out)

Could you please check all the greyed out epics contains all the field's value which you are use to view this selected view (you're talking), if not then please add those value under the respective field.
