Created an EPIC, and moved it TO DO, but I can’t see EPIC on board.
I don't even have any customer filters, can anyone help me?
Hi @vamsi
@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ is correct on the Epic statement on team managed projects.
To have another board showing the Epic, you will need to setup a company managed project as a dummy and create a board there, based on a filter that get the issues from the team managed project.
You are better of just using a company managed project.
You can create Boards without a Company Managed Project - the Board then "lives" under your User profile. The Board filter can simply contain all Team managed Project's issues.

Hi @vamsi ,
Once please check the below things on your board
Board Filter: Verify that the board's filter includes the Epic. Go to the board settings and check the filter query to ensure it captures the Epic.
Status Assignment: Make sure the Epic's status is assigned to a column on the board. If the status isn't assigned to a column, it won't appear on the board.
Backlog: Check if the Epic is in the backlog instead of the active sprint. If you're running a sprint, new issues might be placed in the backlog by default.
Thanks!

Hi @vamsi and welcome to the Community,
you are working with a Team-managed projects that work differently. On the Boards, you won't see Epics nor Subtasks as seperate Cards.
You can see the Epics of each Task and you can group by Epic but that won't show the Epics as seperate cards.
A workaround may be to create a new Board (not Project, just a Board) and show all Epics (or all Issues) from the Team-Managed Project on there.
