I am receiving subject error message while trying to log time on an issue. Can someone explain why this is happening? Only related to one project I can tell. Jira v7.13#713001
Hello Kyle,
Unfortunately, I was not able to find any other customers reporting the same error, so I believe it is not an outage or common behavior in JIRA that could be identified without more details.
That been said, please provide us with the information below so we can better troubleshoot the problem:
- Is any error returning in the Javascript console of the browser? Is this same problem happening in other browsers?
- Are you using the time tracking of Tempo plugin to log your work or the time tracking provided by JIRA itself? Tempo has a flag that blocks users from logging time in parent issues, as mentioned in the documentation below:
- Is this same problem happening to other users?
I hope this information helps us to better troubleshoot the issue.
@Petter Gonçalves , thanks you are correct. I didn't realize it was an add on setting. Thanks for prompt reply :)
