Error Upgrading Jira Software to 7.9.0

Please can anyone help?

I upgraded to Core 7.9.0 and then tried to upgrade software to 7.9.0 but I get the error in the attached screenshot

The logs that are generated from this error look like this:

Hi Alex,

Can you please try the following : 

  1. Stop your server
  2. Add this option "-Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300"  as stated here
  3. Remove ".osgi-plugins" & ".bundled-plugins" in your plugins folder (you will find them in the home directory)
  4. Restart your server

Hi Mate,

Thanks for the quick response! I performed your actions and the same thing is happening.

The only thing i did differently is restarted the service not the machine. Do you think I need to restart the whole server?

Hi, 

So I set the pluginstate to true in the database and it now looks like this

Which looks good to me :)
