I need a report of resolved requests for the entire 2018; but the minimum date allowed is 2018-05-06. How can I change the start date to 2018-01-01?

Currently, it's not possible to show data further than a year on reports. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

An option is to create a filter using startofyear("-1") to get the tickets since the start of last year, then you can export to excel to check the details you need.
