Error in the dates of the reports

Hi all.

 

I need a report of resolved requests for the entire 2018; but the minimum date allowed is 2018-05-06. How can I change the start date to 2018-01-01?

Hello Enrique,

Currently, it's not possible to show data further than a year on reports. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

I need to know urgently the number of incidents attended by priority in the months of January, February, March and April.

 

How can I get that data?

 

Can you send them to me in an excel file?

 

It would be something like this:

 

Month       Priority       Count
January      Highest      50
January      High           45
February    Medium     37
February    Low            24
...

Hi Enrique,

An option is to create a filter using startofyear("-1") to get the tickets since the start of last year, then you can export to excel to check the details you need.
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
