I am getting the following error message when I try to move a ticket from TO DO to IN PROGRESS:
> The ranking of your issue has failed. We were unable to rank your issue. Please try again later.
When I click on a ticket and hover over the Status ("To Do"), the cursor becomes a circle with a diagonal line through it, preventing me from changing the status to "In Progress".
I'm using Chrome. I get the same error message when I log in using a private browser window.
I also tried using the Jira iPhone app, and there I get the error message “Can’t move issue: You may not have permission to move it or there may be nowhere for this issue type to go.”
Any ideas what is going wrong?
Figured it out: The problem was I was logging in using the wrong email address, and so I didn't have permissions to do things.
