Hi All,

One of our users trying to comment in a Jira issue they are getting below error but i can able to comment in different project.

Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:activitymodule'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

While we're still unsure of what exactly caused the problem, going in and out of safe-mode resolved the problem for a couple customers. You may try that as a quick bypass.

What did your administrators find in the log files?

Thanks for your respond, These are the logs i found and view issue plug-in is Enabled.

Hmm, could you have a look at the raw logs on the disk? This looks filtered to me.
