I get through the move wizard just fine, but every time I attempt to move an issue between projects I am met with this error at the final confirm:
At least one of the issues you are trying to move has been recently updated by another user (BIL-10). Please cancel and start again.
Is there a workaround?
I am now able to move between projects for stories with subtasks. Thank you!
Hello Kelly,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Just for us to understand and try to find what is causing this issue, can you please paste the error or attach a screenshot of the error again?
Are you moving tickets between projects of the same type or moving, for example, from a Service Desk to a Software project?
Is it happening when moving one or many tickets?
Once we hear from you, we will be able to test on a local instance and check the root cause of the issue.
Regards,
Angélica

Hi - thank you for getting back to me! The error that displays is this:
At least one of the issues you are trying to move has been recently updated by another user (BIL-10). Please cancel and start again.
I am doing a single move (new to the product, wanted to start small) to get issues out of a defunct project and into the project where they'll be worked. Both projects are Software Projects and I have admin privileges with both.

Hi @Kelly Knight and @Tim Heath,
I've checked that this issue that you are facing is a bug, but it was resolved 2 days ago.
Can you please check on the bug if that was the same behaviour that you were facing?
Are you still facing this issue?
Regards,
Angélica
