Hi,
actually, we have a new Jira SW DC instance with 2 nodes, http load balancer and PostgreSQL 10, all on Oracle Linux 8.4. Routes on load balancer and JVMroute on nodes arguments are set properly according to Atlassian docs.
We face the issue with getting detail info about nodes. Steps to simulate:
1) Go to Jira administration
2)Select Clustering. --> Both nodes are displayed OK with all relevant data (uptime, load, memory...)
3) Select ... on any node and select any item (System information / Custom field indexing / Runtime information).
4) Error page appears, see screenshot.
Anyone faced similar issue? Some hints what to do with it?
Thanks in advance,
Vitek
I also have Data Center and we are not facing this issue.
To know more what exactly causing the issue need to see the logs while you are getting the error. There you can get more details about error.
troubleshoot - You can put the all App on safe mode and see you are getting same error or not. If you are not getting error then it might because of some app.
Hi,
Thanks for the hint with apps.
However, there are absolutely no errors in logs, neither in browser console. That’s the main reason why I decided to ask here.

Hi @Vitek Urban - does the app thing work?
if not then you can download the support.zip file and raise the support ticket with Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com/. Provide support file to them. They will analyze the logs and provide the solutions

Hi, @Sachin Dhamale
the error is still there. Atlassian referred me to this community and doc ;)
No interaction with any user-installed plug-in was noticed, no errors in logs.
Sometimes it works fine for node 1 and doesn’t work for node 2, sometimes work both. It seems that there is some correlation with order of starting nodes, but no direct dependency.
