Hello,
When migrating a project with attachments, the import terminates with an error. It works for a project without attachments.
And I get the following screen, with
<Error>
</Error>
Somes Ideas ?
Thank you
Pascal
Hi Pascal. Are you migrating to the cloud? I don't see the specifics about your migration as well as the attachments to get more detailed info. I know there are few issues with attachments out at jira.atlassian.com for the cloud as well as with a server migration.
When I was migrating from server to cloud I used support quite often for issues. They have a separate category for migration issues, you might want to try that if you can't find any known issues on Atlassian's jira site.
Hope that helps.
Hi Dan,
Yes, we're trying to migrate to the cloud.
I'll also take a look at the know issues
Thanks
Pascal

Sometimes JCMA can fail if your system cannot communicate with certain cloud domains - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/preparing-your-firewall-to-migrate-using-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant-1026058250.html.

Thanks, we'd normally already allowed these URLs, but maybe one is missing, I'll check.

This is not due to a missing authorization; the error also occurs on a workstation outside the firewall, using the same URL.
