Errors for Risk Treatment

Hi Team,

This is reg Risk Register addon, 

Under Risk information records have the error "Treatment plan missing" although a treatment plan has been selected. No matter what selection from the drop down is selected, the "Treatment plan missing" message should not appear.  Could you please help us on this.
