Even if i am the project admin and site admin of a project still i am not getting to delete comment

Even if i am the project admin and site admin of a project still i am not getting to delete comment. I check the permission scheme where i delete comment permission is assigned to project admin. When i try to delete the comment i just get an option of permalink and not to delete this issue.  Can anyone please explain why is this happening.

Permission to delete comments includes Delete All Comments and Delete Own Comments,Whether all have already assigned to the project administrator?

Remove yourself from the project manager role, then add yourself to the role again,Is that ok?

Tried even that. Not working. getting only permalink option and not delete @Ollie Guan

Try the Permission helper to see if you can find the problem

The permission helper is a good idea to confirm that you have the permission you expect here.   If the permission helper indicates you can delete comments, then the other aspect to check is the workflow properties.  It is possible that the workflow in use for this project could be restricting what actions can be taken when the issue exists in this particular status.
