Hi!
when I create a project on the source, exalato creates it for me on the target, but it duplicates again on the source and again on the target, thus creating two incidents on each side, whereas I only want it to be cloned once. Can you help me in any way? Could it be because of the bidirectionality of the connection? It has nothing to do with the rules that I have created I believe
Thanks!!
Hi @Alejandro Romero Juarros ,
Exalate does not creates projects on the target, and instead you need to specify the target project where the issues need to be synchronized.
Also, it might be the case that you are having multiple connections on your side which might be resulting in multiple synchronizations thus creating duplicate incidents.
May I please ask you to create a support ticket for this issue on our support portal, as it would need to be checked in detail.
If you are creating a ticket for the first time, it may ask you to create an account.
Please be known that I am working with Exalate as a Pre-Sales Engineer.
Regards, Dhiren
I had two active connections and they overlapped, thanks. Anyway I have created a support ticket to see if you can help me with an error regarding a PENDING APPROVAL status.
The ticket is: https://support.idalko.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/8/EASE-18153
Do not look at the title of the ticket since what is important are the last messages referring to this topic of the workflow status
Thank you

Hi @Alejandro Romero Juarros , thanks for creating this support ticket.
As I can see the duplication issue is resolved and as the support team is already working on it, be rest assured that the other issues will also get resolved soon!
Thanks, Dhiren
