You can get some case studies from Atlassian itself and most of the Atlassian partners although it is only as reference (no deep detail).

All apps can be seen in the Atlassian Marketplace, there are thousands of those and growing so it is difficult to have an accurate page to display some features and so.

The best option is to check what it meant to do, check reviews, documentation, install and try it on the trial, 30 days in Cloud a bit more in on-premises versions
