Hello,

I have an error that is showed when I try to access to the Agile Board View or refresh the page.I noticed that error appear when the right details view is open...

Does someone have a solution ?

Hi, @Andrew 

Thank you for your reply, both Jira Software and Core are on version 8.1.1. Jira Core is automatically updated to this version by the installer.

We started off with error like https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Exception-while-re-loading-Canban-Board-Exception-Error-No-jira/qaq-p/1081774

so I disabled the newsletter as mentioned in step 2, resulting in the above error.

your solution was mentioned as point 3 there as well.
