Experiment: Try to reuse customer-information between projects.

Hello,

I am using JIRA Software for a range of different projects. Till now I have stored cutomer-contact infomation in every project, but this is getting out of control  as I  cannot keep the data uptodate between projects. 

I would like to store the customer information as an entity outside the project, which I can reference from any project. This way I could change any information or filter all the projects assigned to one customer.

Any ideas  how I can acomplish that?

Hi @Dimitri Samutin,

My suggestion would be to use either Confluence to document customer information that can be linked to JIRA Projects or use JIRA's Shortcut feature within each project.
