Hello everybody,

one of our Scrum Master want to get a report every month about all the Issues incl. all subtasks. She needs to see the parent (ID) and all it's subtasks, but it seems not possible to export this view without a proper plugin?

Maybe someone of you already had that issue and solved it.

Thank you very much,

Best regards

Fabrizio

Hello @fabrizio_pricci

Welcome to the community.

What data for each issue does the Scrum Master want in the report?

Using Advanced Search you can get a list of all issues and subtasks. The filter could be saved and a subscription can be set up to email the output to a user, but you cannot get it sorted so that it has parent issues followed subtasks.

Hello @Trudy Claspill ,

thank you for your reply. If it's not possible directly from Jira, are there maybe any plugins with which we could do the export this way?

This is not a use case I've ever had to address, so I don't know if there are any apps that can help. You can search the marketplace at
