I am attempting to export the output of a report that includes Time Spent. The report shows the correct data for each issue in Time Spent, but the export (using Excel, CSV, or Word) instead gives the column Estimated Hours (which, I can tell from the CSV, is a custom field). The columns in my report are:
But, the report comes back with (in case the table below is not visible: Key, Summary, Issue Type, Status, Estimated Hours, Sum Original Estimate, Sprint)
Key | Summary | Issue Type | Status | Estimated Hours | Σ Original Estimate | Sprint |
Any ideas on how I can "convince" the export to give me Time Spent? Is there another field I could use (already tried the Sum Time Spent)?
Thank you!

Hope it helps !
Thank you, but that isn't quite the issue. The report, once run on the screen, shows the correct information. But I need it in a spreadsheet format to do some calculations, and the wrong column is being displayed in the exported document (Time Spent, which is what I want, and is populated with the correct data on the screen, but on export Estimated Hours is what is exported, which in not the same field).
I did manage to have a little success by removing all columns except Time Spent, which on export exported all fields INCLUDING Time Spent. Not ideal, and may not work all of the time.
Thank you!

@Candi Morris Did you try to use CSV export with "Current fields" option, once your "Time Spent" field is displayed on your JIRA Screen?

Yes, I tried CSV with the Current Fields option set to display Time Spent, but the export chose Estimated Hours instead, which was never chosen in the Current Fields options.

@Candi Morris Can you check if the "My Defaults" setting is selected under the "Columns" menu, and "Time Spent" column is checked/selected under "My Defaults"? Please see the screenshot below for clarification:-
