Is there a way to export Jira software issues into external database Mongodb? and if yes, how please?

There is no direct integration between Jira Cloud <-> MongoDB.
What you could do instead is checking what data format can MongoDB import? If you have the answer, check if any of the Jira Cloud exporter apps can produce that file format as output.
