Exporting query to Word - hyperlinks

I am exporting a query of 300 issues to Word.  It takes a while presumably because the report that gets generated contains hyperlinks.  Is there any way to export issues to Word without the hyperlinks?

I understand the CSV, HTML, XLS, XML export options don't include the hyperlinks, but I want a Word report.

I am using JIRA v7.5.2.

It's not the hyperlinks, it's exporting all the data.  If you removed a pile of hyperlinks, you wouldn't see any significant improvement in speed.

So what is the suggested workaround?

Wait, or question or reduce the export.

You're asking it to generate quite a lot of data in a format that needs processing from a very different format, so it's taking a while. You can:

Wait for it to finish

If you reduce what it has to do, it will complete faster.  So fewer issues, or remove fields from the issues.

Question what use 300 issues in a word report is.  I struggle to think of one (that you could not do better and quicker in other ways)

is there anyway to increase JIRA memory so that it reduces the time to export issues into Word?

our customer wants an extensive report which unfortunately contains a lot of issues

"our customer wants" is not a good reason.

Increasing the memory will not help much.
