'Feature > Epic > Story' Hierarchy Possible for Individual Projects?

Hello, is there a way to implement a hierarchy of 'Feature>Epic>Story' for individual projects or a group of projects, without messing with the hierarchy of other projects? 

I have read that the hierarchy is hard-coded into Jira Cloud and the only way to do this is by renaming 'Epic'. However, this would affect any other project that used Epics, it looks like.

Does this require Jira Portfolio or an add-on?

Hi Bryan,

The only available hierarchy in Jira would be Epic > Story > Sub-task.

Add Feature or Initiative would require Portfolio For Jira.
