Field multiline loading textbar

Hello, 

I have an issue with the multiline field. 

On the form, it still try to load the texbar. 

I have try to change the Rendererto  Wiki Style Renderer but I stil have the issue.

Is this field type the one that come from JIRA or is it one that is added by an app ?

Does it happen on all screen Create/Edit ? Also you tagged this question with jira-software label but could it be Jira Service management ?
