File path clickable

it is possible  file path clickable in jira ticket.

Example:D:\documents\abcd.

The "path" you have given as the example is not a valid URL, so no, it can not be made clickable.

For a clickable link to a file, you need the file to exist at something a valid URL can point to, which means serving it up with a file store system that can serve up the location as a URL.
