Hi,
What query to use to filter certain issues in a project that have not yet been resolved AND are close to breaching agreed resolution time OR have breached the agreed resolution time.
For example, my team needs to resolve all tickets within 72 hours ideally. However not to breach this limit I need to know how many cases still need to be resolved which have 16h or less left before the target AND I need to have the tickets that have resolution time longer than 72h in the same report.
Please assist in this.
