Find issues by id

Some one changed the parent of a child issue, in the (child) issues history there's an event called 

"Name of colleague" changed the Parent x days ago

10235 --> 10180

Which was wrong. Now i want to find out what the former parent issue was, however i can not find any view or way to search for the issue with the id 10235. 

Where and how can i find an issue by this id?

That's the issue.

We have an abbreviation as well. Let's call it SAD. 

So we have parent issues SAD-123 and SAD-234. 
If a child issue of SAD-123 gets pushed to have SAD-234 as parent, there is no 

SAD-123 -> SAD-234

but some apparently unrelated id 

31231 -> 93981

Now, i need to know how to get to the issue with the this ID 31231
