Would like some help coming up with the JQL that would tell me:

for all issues in a project, return me all issues that started within 1 hour of each of their respective createdDates

What criteria do you propose for 'starting'?

For some reason it adds stuff after the last 9 in 231919. Delete whatever comes after and refresh

Thanks! This narrows it down a bit but does not get what I'm looking for. I'd like a list of issues (over the life of the project) that were started within an hour of their respective created date.

The link details looking at things that start within a dynamic time period only

You'll have to play with the JQL. I normally use custom fields to capture milestone dates so they can easily be seen my management. No one has asked for detail down to the hour.  I would think that would be a service desk metric.
