Find unused plans and roadmaps?

Is there a way to find all unused Plans in Jira Data Center? Find Plans created by those who left the company? 
Ideally, we would like to audit and clean it up monthly or quarterly.

I've look into it and did not managed to figure out how to do it. There is no java ou REST API.

You should be able to check plan permissions and delete plans that are limited to poeple that have left the company using a SQL then processing the result.

I've done some checks based on filter owner when the issue source is a filter but it's not easy. I always update permission to only allow me to see the plan instead of deleting. If noone complain after 4 months, I will delete them.

You can find database tables used by Advanced Roadmap in System>Plugin Data Storage

I've not find metrics such as last plan refresh or anything like that.
