Hi Fellow Jira Users,
All of a sudden today when I went in to create a new JIRA Issue, I have noticed that for the field "Fix Versions" the field height has substantially reduced, and as such I cannot click on the drop down to select the various options under ""Fix Versions" that I could do previously.
Given its a mandatory field and I cant select anything in the field I am stuck.
Any help in resolving this would be appreciated please.

Hi,
We are experiencing the same bug.
The last time we made any changes to Jira was more than 6 months ago.
For the time being , the "fix" is to edit the HTML code and delete the "hidden" class so at least we can select a version.

There could be two reasons:
Reason 1: It could be the issue because of browser cache, so I will suggest you clear the browser cache then try if the issue resolves for you.
Reason 2: "Fix Version" field may be removed from the field scheme and you may need to contact Jira Administrator for the same.

Hi Prashant,
I cleared my cache (on Chrome) but that hasn't helped.
I even tried running this from edge, but its still the same issue....
I am admin on JIRA, and I know the field hasn't changed....
I even tried to remove and then add the field again, but its still the same.
Any other suggestions??
