Hello - the default color for "Add Flag" is yellow.
I need a way to set a different color flag to my Out of Office sprints,
If I see a yellow flag then I know that sprint has been addressed,
What I need to see now is the RED/Grey or another color Flag on my sprint for visual reference for OOO.
Thanks, in advance!
Hi @Mark Kinley ~ I don't believe the Flag color can be changed. You can, however, add a custom color to your Card in your Scrum or Kanban view via the Board Config. Simply add the following (in addition to whatever you are using to indicate Out of Office users):
@Laurie Sciutti ~ Thanks for this info. I have not tried that yet to see if it will give the desired results, but it's a start!
Thanks for pointing me int the right direction!
Take care

@Laurie Sciutti that's actually a great point! I'm going to try to set that up for us as well.
@Mark Kinley just curious, how do you tell Jira who's Out of Office?

Jamie I HAVE NO CLUE! LOL
The way my dashboard is setup:
To Do ~ In Progress ~Blocked~ Done~ Accepted
White background/no flag = needs action
Yellow Background/flag = Blocked/revisit action taken
A Red Background = Blocked
And what would be really a game changer is the ability to right click on it and add text and change the flag color then exit. That would save me a lot of time.
Thx

Hahaha ok got you!
I'm asking because I'm the product owner of an Out of Office app for Jira Cloud, and with our app it's very simple to see the cards in red
And the JQL for this:
I'm going to be using it, you can have a look at the app if you want to try, too!
