For each change (state/comment/estimation/etc any change) mail should go to the person created ticket and the assignees
Hi @divya reddy , what project type are you using, Company or Team managed. Look in the lower left? Regardless go to Notifications under project settings and ensure that "reporter" is listed for each desired update/event.
