We are using datacennter (aws) 8.5.1 for few users are facing jira loading problem, so where can i check and how colud i reslove the issue
What are those few users doing differently to you?
for morning times only loading slowly for that users, from my end logged with their credentials working fine, i checked network also , other atlassian tools also working fine , only morning times it working slow for few users, where i need to check and how can i resolve this issue

previuosly they are connecting local network , i suggested them to use other network like jio then it will work for few users for some users not at all worked.

Using AWS(amazon workspace ) it will better , but not much that level , but we can't provide AWS access for every user. they didn't do differently.

Yes, but we have 250 users , out of that 10 to 15 people are getting this issue, so if i restart the jira , it will work? , we are using data center and "The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down" this error we are getting how colud i reslove it we are using single node and single cluster
