They're "yes" differently?  That makes no sense.

Could you tell us the difference between their usage and yours?

Lakshmi Yaganti September 7, 2020

previuosly they are connecting local network , i suggested them to use other network like jio then it will work for few users for some users not at all worked.

they didn't do differently, but still getting this type of issue, for few people  specially morning times.

Using AWS(amazon workspace )  it will better , but not much that level , but we can't provide AWS access for every user. they didn't do differently.

I do not understand, I am sorry.

It looks like you have a set of users, for whom Jira seems slow (especially in the mornings).

The difference between them and people who do not experience slowness is that the users who see slowness are using a different network.  Is that right?

Lakshmi Yaganti September 8, 2020

Yes, but we have 250 users , out of that 10 to 15 people are getting this issue, so if i restart the jira , it will work? , we are using data center and "The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down"  this error we are getting how colud i reslove it we are using single node and single cluster

No, restarting is not going to help.

You have said the affected users are using a different network, and "could not be contacted" is consistent with networking problems, so you should be looking to fix your network slowness.
