is that 10 users changeable on a free plan?

ie can you drop one off and add another or once you've used 10 that's it?

The users are not fixed you can indeed remove some/take away their product access and add new ones as long as you stay within the 10 user limit of which are active/have a license at the same time

So while they are named users (instead of concurrent) you can change the set you are playing with :)

As Dirk rightfully said, the important thing is you are at 10 users. You just can't have more than 10 users.

Hi Dirk. So we only have 8 users, but when I try to add a new one it thinks we already have 10 and requires an upgrade. Any ideas?

I suggest starting a new question for this and giving a bit more info with some screenshots maybe.

If it's plain wrong we can always loop in Atlassian to take al ook but not on a 3y old solved question :)
