Free tier cloud with 10 users is not production grade deployment, and it is a development instance.

Ramesh_Pydi March 9, 2020

Free tier cloud with 10 users is not production grade deployment, and I suspect it is a development instance.

I have observed since 2 days, getting loads of errors on chrome developer console with so called Free Tier.

If it is a trail version of Jira cloud, I don't see any errors.

Its looks like Atlassian using whole world to test their cloud version development instance with Free Cloud Tag.

Above, I am assuming and doubts after seeing the behavior of the application.

Sometime, I can't see logout option, menus never work and cors errors nightmare.

The reason of this discussion, I wanted ave many productive people time trying the Jira on cloud.

I am strongly feeling wasted my time on Free tier.

Am I wrong?

Hello Ramesh,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

I see that you are a site-admin for three Free sites and none of them has 10 users.

Can you please share with us what errors you are facing? If possible send us a screenshot of the error.

For any Free site, you can upgrade to the Standard plan. Go to Administration > Manage subscriptions > Click on Change > Select Standard.

You can also see the difference between the plans on the link below:

Thank you.

Out of 3, 2 accounts requested for cancellation. Looks like your robot deployments trying different UI versions deployments for free accounts. And conflicting with my own domain.

Removed my domain and dns TXT of jira.
