You could try creating a Jira dashboard by using the Jira's native gadgets such as Filter Results, Sprint Health, Sprint Burndown, Issue Statistics, Two Dimensional Filter Statistics and Pie Chart gadget.
For sure these will cover most of the charts from your screenshot. Unfortunately Jira does not offer a gadget for calculating the total capacity as you need. For this you will need to look app/add-on on the Atlassian Marketplace.
If you take into consideration the idea of a payed Jira app, be aware that our Great Gadgets app might be helpful in this case. For example, it offers an Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget that will help you calculate the capacity for a sprint, in the way you want.
Also, very helpful could be the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget offered by the same app. This will help you calculate sprint data and display it as a multi-dimensional tables or as a chart (as the one from your screenshot).
