I am looking to rollup the status from a Child to a Parent in Structure using instructions found here:

Status Rollup Effector (almworks.com)

My setup:

When I SAVE and RUN, I get the following warning messages. I reviewed each item, and when I click APPLY, 0 items are updated. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance for your help!!

The status do not map 1:1, so thinking maybe that is the issue?

Hello @Isabella Musial

The Status Rollup Effector indeed can only set a status if that status is a part of the issue's workflow. Also, a direct transition from the issue's current status to the target status should be possible.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance or have other questions about Structure, please reach out to us directly at our support portal and we'll get back to you shortly.

Best regards,

Hi @Isabella Musial

I am not using that tool / feature, and so am not familiar with it.  Perhaps wait to see who else in the community can help.  Thanks!

Kind regards,
Bill

Thanks.... hoping someone responds. I know it can be done, functionality is there, but not sure why it's not working!
