Is it possible that the RDAW-642 ticket is in a status that can't transition to the new status because the workflow doesn't allow it? Do you have a screenshot of the workflow that can be shared?
Interesting... What's the status of RDAW-642 before attempting the transition? And do you know what was the status was of LGL-315? Do you have the permission to transition issues in RDAW? Do you have any condition defined in the workflow?

Previous status is done for both the project (LGL&RDAW) Post deployment we are trying to modify through JIRA using rest API from Electric flow we are getting the below error
